HISTORY/ BACKGROUND: Was not socialized properly as a puppy, hence is fearful at first of people. RMAR's director, a professional dog behaviourist specializing in aggression is rehabbing Andy as of Sept. 9
TEMPERAMENT & PERSONALITY: Andy is timid here but was cuddly and playful.
DOG'S NEEDS: A quiet home, no children is best. An adopter than can take a leadership role even though Andy is small (many pet owners have trouble in this area).
BEST MATCH: A dedicated adopter who understands Andy's needs and will meet them. Which would be: proper socialization, meet with Rory to learn.....Basic training, and set rules and boundaries. Teach household manners and what you expect.
