HISTORY/ BACKGROUND: Was found eating road kill on highway 1 with his brother Yogi-Bear. Both were extremely hungry and thirsty when brought to us, luckily, not killed by a car or semi-truck.
TEMPERAMENT & PERSONALITY: BooBoo is very sweet and wants cuddles and bellyrubs. He arrived a little insecure and shy but now he is outgoing, playful, and full of love. BooBoo wants a friend, a buddy who loves him. He is very good around other dogs and people. His is little more submissive than his bro Yogi. He's the follower.
DOG'S NEEDS: Yogi would be a quick learner so we are looking for an adopter who can teach him basic obedience and be a good and fair leader.
BEST MATCH: An adopter that would socialize BooBoo around new things, people, places and outings. Take him hiking, running, to dog parks, activities, and be part of the family. Like most all dogs! :) Booboo would be a good match with an adopter with another dog, or as the only dog as long as adopter got him around other doggie playmates everyday. He's young so needs an active adopter who likes outdoor activities, same as dogs.
FAVORITE THINGS: BooBoo really loves someone paying attention to him. He loves his comfy bed and blanket at bedtime and safe place to now sleep. Of course, food is a biggee since he was found famished, so is so excited when getting his meals.
