HISTORY/ BACKGROUND: Ella as taken to a shelter in northern Alberta after her family could not care for her any longer and after a long period of time no one adopted her. The shelter contacted us if we could take her to make more room in their shelter and help find her a good home.
TEMPERAMENT & PERSONALITY: Ella has a great temperament and is smart, so would learn her basics quickly. She has a nice "sit" on her and loves to hang out with other dogs and play. We are told Ella is two years old, and she does have the energy of a 2 year old. She must have a grey muzzle by nature, making her look a little older. Her ears make her darn cute and the sparkle in her eyes. She's up for anything fun or new. She is really good around other dogs and people, and no doubt kids too.
BEST MATCH: Someone who is willing to give her the time and attention she needs. Ella likes to pull so ski-jouring in winter would be terrific. So would hiking/jogging and biking and perhaps another dog to play with on a regular basis.
FAVORITE THINGS: She loves cuddling, likes to play, loves to run around, and just begging for someone to teach her new things and show her one-on-one attention. (403) 818-0703
